SUP Yoga Classes

Yoga on a stand up paddleboard (SUP) is the hottest mind/body fitness trend. Amplify the already amazing benefits of yoga by using your core muscles to balance on your SUP.  Our classes include a diverse range of poses, as well as  challenging and gentle sequences.  Centering and breath work are integrated for a totally unique connection with nature in an urban setting. Rejuvenate your connection with nature by floating on water under the open sky. It's an incredible experience.

Included is all the gear you’ll need — an SUP, paddle, a personal flotation device (PFD), and the anchor to keep your board in place.

Any of our classes can be taught by private instruction, available by appointment only.

Pre-requisites: none, in either SUP or yoga / Duration: 2 hour minimum / Cost: $100 per hour for first person, $50 per hour for each additional person
